When we receive orthotics from the lab they are usually a little bit long. When you have the shoes you can trim the orthotic to make it fit. First remove the sock liner from the shoe and place it right over the orthotic making sure the heels are lined up. Using a pen or marker trace across the sock liner to make sure that you are getting a good tracing of the size and shape of the sock liner against the orthotic.
